Biography

I am currently a Ph.D. student in CS at National University of Singapore, advised by Dr Diptarka Chakraborty. My interests are in Theoretical Computer Science, especially in Approximation Algorithms. My current research often involves algorithmic fairness, where I look at applications of algorithms where fairness is a significant concern.

I have also been teaching as a full time teaching assistant during my PhD studies, and continuing on from teaching part-time as an undergraduate TA. I enjoy teaching a range of topics and doing my best to pass on my CS knowledge.

I obtained my Bachelor of Computing in Computer Science (with Honours) from National University of Singapore in May 2020. Thereafter, I spent around 6 months as a research assistant under Dr Roger Zimmermann before starting my PhD studies.
